The recipient of the flowers didn't get the flowers on time and I had to contact customer service. Once the flowers came, the fellow who delivered them almost dropped them when he gave them to the recipient and the water was murky in the vase. The flowers were very wilted and the two sunflowers were missing petals and had holes in most of the other petals. I was very dissatisfied.

I got a very nice call from the delivery man saying that he left the flowers by my daughter's door because no one was home. Later she sent me a photo and they were beautiful, even better than the photo on the website. I will be ordering from you from now on.
I specifically set a delivery date of 11-11-14 to have flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary. They delivered the flowers this last Friday, 5 days early! Will not do business again, ruined my surprise and anniversary
Was a little disappointed in the delivery time as I paid extra to have them delivered before 12pm and they actually arrived around 1:30pm, however, they arrived a few minutes before all the guests arrived so at the end of the day, it all worked out. Thanks.
Overall I was very happy with the flowers and even the price. However I paid extra to get it expedited for the same day before 2pm which was when the person was leaving work. The flowers did not get there til after 5pm, and the person had to return to picked them up. This is my only complaint. I did receive a call but by then I had no other choice. My recipient was going out of town and I needed them to receive them before that.

Quick, easy...lets hope the flowers look as nice in person as they do on the site...AND...they did! I had sent the flowers to my friend for her birthday. She sent me a photo of them and they looked exactly like the picture I ordered from! Wonderful! The flowers really made my friends day, and her reaction made mine!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
