Cheap and easy to navigate
First time order,expecting a nice bouquet! Flowers were not delivered in a timely manner. Phone number of recipient as given but not used. I was notified by email that order was delivered when it was not. When recipient called to check, she was hung up on. I am not pleased with customer service although bouquet was nice when finally delivered.
