Excellent Service, my girlfriend love the flowers.
I was pleaded that shipping was free or waived because cost was a deciding factor for me. The flowers were a birthday gift. I order the Florist designed White Bouquet. In the photo on the website, there were multiple beautiful lilly's. In the actual bouquet that was delivered, there were mostly carnations and one rose. For the amount of money I spent, I am disappointed that the bouquet quality wasn't better, with higher end flowers. The bouquet looks cheap, and it's unfortunate that that was the gift that was given.
I was contacted that what I ordered could not be delivered and if I approve changing the type of product. I called and thought I cancelled my order. After being offered up to 50% off I still declined and asked for my order to be cancelled which I was told it would be. I don't know how anything beyond that got confused but later I received confirmation that my order was delivered? I previously would recommend your site to others but after numerous arrangement mistakes on delivered product, by chance, at my fathers memorial yesterday and this non cancelled order I will not use your site any longer or recommend it.

To much on handling charge, smaller than it look online
I am based in Washington, D.C. And ordered flowers for a friend living in Miami. I placed my same day order at around 10 a.m. My friend sent me a picture of her boutique and hand-written note at 3 p.m. The arrangement looked exactly like what I had chosen online. Fresh and beautiful. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you for making this so easy and painless.

The order was supposed to be delivered by 12pm/noon. It was late by two hours. Never had that problem in the past.
Flowers were fresh and on time but looked absolutely nothing at all like the photo. No roses, vase was oval and purple, only 2 types of flowers, and only purple and white. Very disappointed in the arrangement as it was nothing at all like the photo. This was for my daughters sorority initiation and it looked like a grocery store purchase. Not happy.
