Shipping and handling is overpriced but that is all flower services. I am unsure how the flower presentation as I could not view the smaller bouquets on the website.
The only thing I was not happy with is the color of the roses, it said they were pink, but when she came home with them they were orange. Other then that it was a great experience, thank you.

Experience was very poor. I ordered expedited delivery for before noon delivery. Product was not delivered until 6:23pm. This was after I followed up at 1pm and was told it would be delivered soon. Then 3pm and was told it would be there in 1/2hr. Then 5pm when fromyouflowers.com could not get a hold of the local Florist.
This order was for a very special event and by it not being delivered as ordered ruined a long planned surprise. When I aked for a full credit (not a refund) I was sent a $20 gift certificate.
The Florist they used in Las Vegas was "City of Flowers". NEVER USE THEM if you expect ontime delivery for your occasion.

I thought I had ordered flowers that where on sale. Price was higher than I thought it said. Very satisfied with everything else.
You should specify your service fee during early checkout not at the final billing page

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
