The flowers that were delivered were very beautiful. They were not what was depicted in the picture. I ordered a fall flower boquet but the only flowers in the boquet were baby roses.

I ordered before the same day cut off and paid the extra $2.99 for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered same day and I was not given a courtesy call. When I called fromyouflowers I was told that the florist just couldn't make it same day. I was also told I would receive a refund of my $2.99 (which I have not received) and that I would get a $15 coupon for my next purchase that would not expire any time soon and I haven't seen that either. Very disappointed in customer service. I should have received a courtesy call to let me know that the order would not be delivered on time.

I paid for expedited services before 12pm and didn't receive until almost 5pm. Had to call customer service twice to check on delivery. The happy birthday balloon was flat when we received it. The flowers were nothing like the picture...none of the same kind.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
