It is easy to order and the website is user-friendly. One negative is that until the end of the ordering process the buyer is unaware of the total cost including delivery costs and additional taxes, which was substantially more than the originally advertised price (misleading). This resulted in reducing the original order.

I placed the order last week and just learned this morning that my friend would not be at work today. I contacted customer service and was assured that they would be delivered tomorrow. Well. They were delivered today. Her co-worker sent her pictures and the product itself was not as nice as shown on the picture. I paid for the deluxe, but it doesn't look like it. It does not have many flowers at all. I'm very disappointed.

My friend sent me a picture of the flower which she had received and the quality is about 3 out of 10 (10 is the best). The flower my friend received is about $15 and I was paid for a total of $59.10. I will not use your service again.

I have to thank you for having a same day delivery option. It saved me today!

I received a phone call and they were unable to deliver that day. I did receive credit for the same day delivery rate, but would prefer to receive the money back as I may not be using the credit in due time.
