Honestly, everything went great and arrived without a problem. My girlfriend was suprised and loved the flowers!
Had a problem with the appearance of flowers delivered; but customer service responded quickly with an apology, partial credit and gift certificate.

I ordered flowers with a Pumpkin vase for my sister. The vase was great, she really liked it. She sent me a picture of the arrangement. I ordered the deluxe version and it did not have the some of the types of flowers that were pictured. I called customer service and said the florist that made up the arrangement, did not include 2 kinds of flowers pictured, in my order. There was no hassle from this company. They had another arrangement sent with a much better bouquet of flowers in a different orange vase. My sister again sent me a picture. I was satisfied with the second arrangement. I will use this company again for sending flowers as a gift. Thank you "from you flowers".
Actually i paid for expedited delivery which was to reach the recipient before 12 noon, and it wasn't delivered until 4:30pm. I am very dissatisfied being a first time customer. And i will like back my expedited refund ASAP.

Flowers were really late...contacted customer service to check what was taking so long they said not too worry the flowers will be delivered within the time frame they were ordered for...flowers finally came hours after when my girlfriend was not home anymore and dident get to see them until midnight!

This was the second time I paid for same day delivery and it was messed up. The flowers were delivered 3 days later and wilted from the florist that they came from. It was a very stressful experience. I believe it was the vendor that was used that was just horrible. I will NOT use this again.

The shipping and handling fees should be shown up front. The delivery was one day late. Luckily, it was OK because I sent them early. I received a complimentary upgrade, which was nice. I think I would have preferred free shipping instead.
I sent flowers to my sister and will take picture and post it. Service on line was simple and fast, the only down fall of this was the time they said it would be delivered... I paid extra for the service and the flowers were delivered 2 hrs late.

The picture posted online when ordering had more lilac flowers and white lilies (which are both my mother's favorites), but the local florist did not have white lilies, and none of the flowers that were sent were lilac or purple in color. My mother was happy with the arrangement that she received (she did not know that my intentions were for her to get her favorite color and flower; she just knows I had flowers sent) so I do appreciate them arriving in time for her birthday.
I reviewed another site first, but they would not deliver same day to my mom for her birthday. Checked your site... and you do! Was so glad I found you and your prices were great!
The web site is easy to explore. Images and explanations are great. This will be delivered to my sister who lives a few states away so I will await her comments when it gets delivered. I am hoping they will be as positive as this shopping experience was.
