I would have liked free shipping up front. I only received it after giving up on my order. When my sister received the flowers, there were no blue flowers in the arrangement at all, even though it was a "Sky" arrangement and I chose blue as her favorite color. Otherwise the arrangement was fine. Nothing special, but fine.

I ordered the flowers on a Sunday and paid for same day delivery. I received a call from you stating there wasn't a florist open in the area so it would be Monday before they delivered. For the inconvenience, I was supposedly given an upgrade. I thought it was a nice gesture and thanked the rep. It wasn't until I saw the flowers that I was angry. The flowers received were nowhere near what I saw and ultimately ordered from the website! A child could have made an arrangement like that and for all I know did. Additionally, if the flowers I saw was an upgrade, I sure would have hated to see the original arrangement. I am extremely disappointed. I have used online florists before but have never had this happen. This was my first experience with fromyouflowers.com and likely my last.

I left the order because shipping charges were per item and a bit high but the follow up email and free delivery offer just blew me away! Amazing customer care, thanks! However, the actual delivery was different from the picture and gift basket was smaller which was a disappointment.
I don't know yet as the flowers will be received tomorrow.

Wish you would have disclosed the $14.99 shipping fee before the last steps of the payment process. Very deceptive! If I were to refer a friend, I will be sure disclose the fee to them.
I had received an email advising me that the teacup I ordered with my flowers was not available so I agreed to a vase instead. Then, on the day of the delivery I was notified that the flowers I ordered was not available so they were substituting them for something else. These were for my daughter-in-law's birthday and I had spent a long time choosing the perfect arrangement but nothing matched what she actually received. Fortunately she didn't know what I had chosen so was happy with what she got, but I don't think I'll be using fromyouflowers again. I have used other flower deliveries in the past and have been highly satisfied with them.think I'll use them next time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
