I was not able to actually see the bouquet but I trust it was a beauty. The receiver was surprised and pleased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
