Day of delivery - The arrangement didn't arrive in the best condition. My Mom had to cut off some bad/dead pedals. She also stated that the roses were bruised and not very fresh. I contacted customer service and they were OUTSTANDING. The representative offered me a gift card and partial refund. She also gave me a few ordering tips that should help alleviate having the same problem again on a future order. Thank you

I didn't received what I felt I ordered, I ordered the deluxe option I received the regular option. I called customer service told them how I felt they they reordered my option at no extra charge, it came the next day (after my daughters birthday) but it also wasn't what I ordered it was 1 dz red roses with a card that said "Happy Birthday from your Lover" My son-in-law wasn't very happy. I don't think its the web sites fault its who they send the order to, two different companies delivered these flowers.

I have ordered flowers with fromyouflowers.com quite a few times in the last year and have always received quality flowers and excellent Customer Service. There has only been one time when the flowers were not delivered as quoted and calling Customer Service, who are friendly and work hard to correct any issues, the issue was taking care of promptly and was also the not the fault of fromyouflowers.com (it was the shipper service UPS, that caused the issue). Anytime I need to send flowers I will always go to fromyouflowers first, even before a local floral shop, I have received wonderful service and the best quality with fromyouflowers, Thank you,

Was easy to place. These flowers were a gift to a friend and I was pleased that he was not able to find out any information as to who sent them as I had done it anonymously.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
