I asked for it to be delivered at 4:00 pm, so the little lady could receive the flowers herself. It was delivered earlier. I know I received an email that said "They couldn't guarantee a delivery time," but come on, it is Yakima, WA. There can't be that many deliveries! It was an ADOPTION DAY!

I was very disappointed with my order. I specifically picked the daffodil delight because I wanted daffodils. There was not a single one in the bouquet. The picture shows them and the description does too. Very upset with the delivered product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
