I ordered a birthday arrangement for my Mother In-Law to be delivered the following day. I paid the additional fee for delivery by noon which did not happen. Upon contacting customer service I was told it would arrive "sometime today". When I asked if she could estimate a time frame she said "well the florist closes at 6". After advising her of my Mother In-Law's prior commitments for her birthday & that it was why I paid for delivery gauranteed before noon, the customer service rep just stated "we can refund you $4.99"...
At 7:20 p.m. she received 3 yellow roses & 1 lily...Absolutely displeased with the arrangement & service, after spending $50 really to only be inconvenienced & told we can refund you $4.99, felt so insulting.
Will NEVER use this service again nor would I recommend such poor quality to anyone.

The experience was nice, the product received was not what I expected. I chose the heart sympathy basket which showed three different options. I chose the larger of the three, however what arrived looked like the mid-size basket, not sure what happened.
I wish the shipping were cheaper. However, the arrangement was beautiful according to it's 101 yr old recipient, and the delivery people took extra care to make sure the glowers were properly delivered to a very elderly lady.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
