Tried several times and could not edit my birthday message.
Ordered late Saturday night (11/29) and they were delivered before 11:30 Sunday morning (11/30). Couldn't be happier with the service
My order was supposed to be deleivered on Tuesday December 2nd between 9-5. My order got deleivered today at 2pm. I wanted my mom to recieve the flowers the day of her birthday, not the day before.

One order went to Madison, NJ. It was perfect, as advertised, on time and really beautiful.
The other order went to Katy, TX. 1 day late and I had paid for expedited. Looked nothing like advertised, not the correct fall colors, not the correct candles and much smaller AND I paid for the Premium centerpiece on that one also. I called your customer service and explained and he reordered another to be sent the following day and it was. He credited me for expedited and premium choice. The replacement came the next day and was equally as poor as the first and this time they put yellow candles vs. brown candles in it! They were suppose to be orange. This arrangement look nothing like the delivery to Madison, NJ which was awesome.
They really need to find another florist in Katy, TX. P.s. Instead of a refund to my credit card I receive a site credit which is going to expire in a couple of days. Really?
This was a very easy process. I chose the most expensive bouquet of the three choices. I also asked for same day delivery. The same day charge seemed high, but she did get the flowers early in the morning so thanks for that! She also sent me a picture of the bouquet. While they were fresh and arranged nicely, I did think the flowers were mostly inexpensive ones like carnations and while the vase was large, the arrangement was not. I did save $10 on the order but feel like I got $8 less flowers.
I would try the service again but either lower my expectations or choose my own arrangement instead of trying to save time with the quick pic option.

There were a lot of beautiful arrangements to choose from. The site is well organized and easy to use, I thought I would have a difficult time finding flowers I could send same day, but I was pleasantly surprised that I did not. The flowers were for my moms birthday, she got them within 4 hours of me ordering (a few extra dollars), and loved them. They looked just like the picture, which I know is always a concern when ordering online. I will definitely be using this site again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
