My order was a day late. I paid for first day delivery and my order did not come in that same day. They still have not refunded the money i paid for first day delivery. The the flowers overall were dingy looking, some half dead, and it looked like a sloppy work. I have seen better from you flowers, dont know what happened this time.

Centerpiece was extremely small for the money
The flowers were sent to friends in sympathy and they said they were just lovely. The roses smelled like roses and were beautiful and the evergreen sprigs also smelled like evergreen. The lilies were huge and gorgeous. They sent a photo and it is VERY nice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
