I ordered an arrangement listed as "for him"

I ordered an arrangement listed as "for him". The photo on the website showed red roses, white daisies, pink alstromeria, and some other small flowers. I added a blue balloon. The item delivered had pink roses, pink alstromeria, daisies and a large pink bow. I understand that sometimes substitutions must be made but something besides all pink roses would have been better and the pink bow should have not been added since the website photo did not have a bow.

First time to this site/service. Hope it works out. Liked the selection, prices. Appreciate that there really is same day delivery and NO BLACKOUT DATES as on other sites. Thanks. Update - My Mom loved her Lillies. Said they were fresh and lovely fall colors. I am very satisfied. I will use From YOu Flowers next time. Thank you.

Easy to order...order did not make the noon delivery, but the expedited delivery fee is supposed to be refunded. Customer service was fast and efficient in confirming my order was late and offered a refund without me having to ask. Fruit appeared to be of good quality, i will be a repeat customer. So far satisfied customer.

The funeral flower stand was gorgeous. I wasn't able to attend, but there were raves about how beautiful those flowers were. Thank you! You made me look good, even tho' I couldn't be there for my family. And, most of all, you honored my sister (God rest her soul).

I have ordered with someone else and they reimbursed my order without giving me the reason why (amyflorist) and no response to email on why they didn't follow up on the order; plus, i will definitely order from you again, the website is easy to use, the pricing reasonable without breaking my budget and i can choose the person and the delivery address for each of my order (a possibility that doesn't exist for other websites). Thank you so much!

I needed a last minute same day delivery and fromyouflowers.com made it happen. The website makes it easy to get everything u need, fast process and I had to ask a question so I called customer service and the lady was very nice and super helpful, there wasn't a question I asked that she couldn't help me with. After I purchased my order and realized I had forgotten something. I called customer service back and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpful as well, got me transferred quickly to another guy and he too was very nice. I will from now on do my business with fromyouflowers.com, your all around service was great!

The product delivered was not like pictured. Had 2 candles not one and looked fuller with flowers. Did like how the service and handling fee was tacked on at the very end. Would have liked to have known that up front.

It was easy and loved the arrangements but I couldn't decide. So thanks for the option for the florest to design an arrangement for us. Would of liked to receive a picture of the arrangement to know what it looked like. We couldn't see it cause we live in a different state from where the flowers we're delivered.
