Flowers were on time and beautiful. There must have been a glitch with the writing on the card but it turned the flowers into a mystery until I arrived.
Flowers were not delivered in morning even though I paid extra for them to be delivered early... My daughter was at work and these flowers were for her birthday... I had to call flowersforme TWICE to find out why the flowers were not delivered! I was just about to call a third time when I heard from my daughter she finally received them just before her place of business closed for the day! This caused her father and I some anxiety,because,not only would we not be able to be with her, we were afraid her gift wouldn't arrive either. All in all an unpleasant experience that we won't take the chance of happening again! You have lost a customer!.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
