My orders were delivered on time with email confirmation. They were gifts for relatives living far away so I have not seen what was delivered, but both families confirmed that the arrangements were beautiful. The flowers my mother ordered were not at all what I got. They are still very beautiful and were fresh when they arrived. She ordered me a vase with flowers but instead they came in a cornucopia for thanksgiving. They were more festive which was nice but still not what she ordered. I was happy with them though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
