My orders were delivered on time with email confirmation. They were gifts for relatives living far away so I have not seen what was delivered, but both families confirmed that the arrangements were beautiful. When shopping, I didn't like that the "Back to..." choice took me back to the beginning of the first page.

The website was a nightmare to navigate when I realized I had to make changes. I can't go back to specific steps in the ordering process, so I had to cancel twice and restart. Other then that, the concept is nice and I hope that this goes through. My mom really deserves a surprise and I'm happy to pay this price.

The flowers my mother ordered were not at all what I got. They are still very beautiful and were fresh when they arrived. She ordered me a vase with flowers but instead they came in a cornucopia for thanksgiving. They were more festive which was nice but still not what she ordered. I was happy with them though.
