This was my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised! I placed the order online, then received a specific email from a real person! Clarifying delivery date/time which I welcomed. I received a call from the recipient on the day it was delivered saying it was awesome. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again!
The ordering process was excellent and although I understood the order would be delivered sometime Monday and not Tuesday I was pleased to hear the recipient had been notified by you of the ETA. The order itself was a little disappointing as it didn't resemble very well the arrangement I requested.

Flowers were not delivered next day as said they would be. Called and customer service was helpful but the florist office was closed so we had to wait for the next business day to get delivered.
Good and quick transaction
The bouquet I thought I was buying had white lilies and roses with purple tiger lillies. The bouquet I bought had none of that. It did not have the same vase and the bouquet had more greenery than flowers. It was pretty but I was expecting much more.

The price was read oval for the flowers ordered. Upon checkout I chose to recieve notice when my flowers were delivered. I paid for the expedited delivery (promised before noon). The following day at about 2pm I had still not received notice about my delivery status. I called the service representative and she was very helpful upon informing me my flowers had been delivered just before noon. The flowers did not appear fresh and I was very dissapointed. Not likely to use this site again.
Easy ordering and payment
I had flowers sent to my friend on her birthday. They were delivered on time but looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. I understand its not going to be exactly the same but what she received was not near the value I paid for.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
