What I ordered and what I received was not the same. There were like 8 pcs in the basket definitely not worth the money I paid
Ordering was very straightforward and easy. Delivery went perfectly. Being able to customize even more options automatically (like the teddy bear and candy) would be neat!
The flowers my wife received looked almost dead and some had been ripped, not very happy about this, guess from now on I will just go into flower shop to pick them out myself.
1) Service and handling fee too much.
2) The same delivery day claim is false.
3) I am very dissatisfied and want my money back.
My order came in a basket but the order I placed was for the plants to come in a designer tin or ceramic container. We have too many baskets already and since the order was for living plants I wanted something more substantial.
Really disappointed with how they turned out. I ordered a regular size thinking that it was the picture, but it wasn't so I was embarrassed when 6 roses came instead of 12.
The prices were very reasonable on products. I didn't receive this item so I can't tell you how satisfied I am with it as I have not seen it.

The worst! Ordered flowers for a friend that had a baby at 1:30pm. Website says same day delivery if ordered by 3pm, recipients time zone. At 4pm I received a call saying the flowers weren't going to make it that day. By this time, it was too late to get same day delivery from another florist. They offered a $10 gift card for future purchase and a not of apology. Are they joking? I would never use them again! I a refund of most of my money and an assurance they would be delivered the next day before 11am, when my friend was being discharged. Guess what... Just spoke with my friend, who left the hospital at noon today... NN FLOWERS! This is the worst company ever! I don't know how they stay in business. If you see good ratings on their website, it is because they get you to do a survey immediately following the placing of the order... Too early to know the problems that are coming!
Spoke to Stephanie to reverse the service/handling fee per special offer and she was very professional and friendly. She reassured me that the fee would be removed from my total.
Around 11am - It was great shopping on this site. There are plenty to choose from with the option for same day delivery. I was sold on that alone.
Around 3pm - I received a voicemail, stating that my orders could not be processed/flagged and I needed to return the called. After returning the call, I was told my orders were flagged because I used my Nickname on the birthday card that did not match the name on the credit card. I was also told, since it was after 1pm, my order could not be sent out until the next day, which for me was too late, because the recipient was scheduled to be in the hospital the next morning.
The site should state possible processing issue when using nicknames on sympathy/special day/event cards.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
