Flowers for my Mother-in-Laws 74th birthday were ordered a full day before. ON THE DAY she was to received them I received a call at 4:15 PM from customer service letting me know they wouldn't be able to delivery the flowers. No florist was available. WHAT?! I could have had Same-Day delivery if I had used a local florist! I could have made other arrangements for a gift IF given time. Imagine being miles away from your family, and grandkids, and you can't even get the flowers that had been sent to you. I got a $15 gift certificate (to use on my next purchase) to make up for not getting my Mother in Laws birthday flowers to her. It was a $70 dollar order... I will not be using the $15 gift certificate... I hope she gets them today. I have never been more disappointed in company.

I'm ordering from the UK, your site made this an easy process, as I did try with other companies on previous occasions. They did not have the paypal option

I purchased the largest bouquet of to be designed by the florist, ($49.99 bouquet) but I was disappointed to only see three roses with some daisies and filler flowers in the bouquet when similar bouquets online that looked about as full were a lot cheaper and were the mostly the medium sized bouquets. I thought for choosing the largest bouquet option available in the designed by the florist option that it would have had more flowers in total. After receiving it, I wished I had gone with one of the displayed bouquets at a lower price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
