Flowers were not delivered on the same day as requested.
An upgrade of the flower bouquet was promised due to the delay in delivery but the bouquet delivered does not look like an upgraded version of the bouquet I ordered.

Way too expensive than products value! Deluxe bouquet of flowers plus balloons $5 each and delivery charges ended up costing $70! And the size of bouquet did not justify that price! Other charges ended up being heavier than price of bouquet itself! Ridiculously expensive. Just because you offer same day delivery doesn't give u the right to loot your customers!

I normally have a fantastic experience however this time around I specifically ordered same day flowers and paid extra for the expedited delivery before 12pm. The flowers were not received until 3 or 4pm.

I placed the order and it was delivered. However I was disappointed how the flowers were left in the floor of the office and my friend was not called and told that the flowers were being delivered. No one was in the building that the flowers were left in. I had to call her and ask her if she received any flowers and then she had to go hunt then down, the next day. The flowers were beautiful but a day late for her birthday. Customer service was very helpful and did a good job tracking the delivery.

I paid the extra cost to make sure they were delivered that day... They were not. They got there the next day. They looked like healthy flowers. But the expectation was much greater as far as fullness of the bouquet.

The delivery time was great, but the product was not. The flower arrangement was very skimpy and barely resembled the online pic. I contacted customer service, but it was not going to be convenient to have another arrangement delivered and swapped out. Disappointed in my gift to a college graduate.

Paid extra for expedited service for delivery within 4 hours after placing order at 9:00 a.m. on 12/3/14. Flowers were not delivered until after noon on 12/4/14. Requested refund of same day delivery charge and expedited delivery charges, have not received confirmation in writing that that will be accomplished.

Though they were a day late from the time promised, my sister-in-law loved the flowers!

I paid extra to have the delivery made by noon, but it was not received until after 2pm. I contacted fromyouflowers however, and they responded to my inquiry right away and waived my fee for the expedited delivery since it did not make it before noon. Although I was not happy that the order was delivered late, I was impressed with their customer service and quick response to resolve the issue.

Flowers for my Mother-in-Laws 74th birthday were ordered a full day before. ON THE DAY she was to received them I received a call at 4:15 PM from customer service letting me know they wouldn't be able to delivery the flowers. No florist was available. WHAT?! I could have had Same-Day delivery if I had used a local florist! I could have made other arrangements for a gift IF given time. Imagine being miles away from your family, and grandkids, and you can't even get the flowers that had been sent to you. I got a $15 gift certificate (to use on my next purchase) to make up for not getting my Mother in Laws birthday flowers to her. It was a $70 dollar order... I will not be using the $15 gift certificate... I hope she gets them today. I have never been more disappointed in company.
