I am not sure what the arrangement looked like or if it looked like $50 worth of flowers, which did include shipping/handling. I have yet to hear from the recipient as to how she liked it or the quality of it. I wonder if it would be possible for the florist to snap a photo that could be emailed to the buyer before delivery.

I chose this service because they advertised a same day delivery option. I was very disappointed to find out that they could not deliver my order the same day. They called to notify me and refunded the fee, but if I needed that delivered on that specific day, the occasion would have been ruined.
I love the flowers that I have always sent...thank you for making their day special with such beautiful flowers! I had ordered the flowers the day before delivery expecting my sister to receive them the next morning so she could enjoy them all day. She didn't get them until time to go home...yes I was refunded the extra money I paid for early delivery. My problem was...no one called to tell me that they couldn't deliver them in the morning. I will still order again from you.

I live in Texas and was ordering for the 1st time online. I sent them to my great grandmother who lives in California. Flowers were beautiful, purple is her favorite color. The whole shipped in a box thing I wasn't aware of until after I talked to customer service after a shipping address change but they explained to me how it worked with certain orders. They were very nice and it all worked out fine.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
