The handling cost was a bummer. By the time that was (suprisingly) added the price was the same as a comparable gift from my local florist.
I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday. I ordered early in the morning and the site said as long as you ordered before 2pm that they would be delivered that day (for an extra fee, of course). Around 5:15 I received a call saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers that day. As you can imagine, I was quite upset. I was told he would take off the extra charge and give me 20% off, but that came in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE back to flowersfromyou.com. Like I would use them again. It's safe to say that while they flowers were beautiful, I will never use this service again.
So far, it's been easy to understand and follow. I hope that the delivery is confirmed which would make me very happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
