Flowers arrived and they were nice. The shopping experience was nice as well. The part I am very upset about was the extra charge for morning delivery and wouldn't you know it they arrived in the afternoon. Should've just saved the money they weren't coming until afternoon anyway. That's ridiculous! I will try a competitor and if I'm unhappy I'll try again. The point of the whole experience was to brighten her day not half of it.

You are not up front about your delivery charges and this is not fair. $15 suddenly popping up to deliver is too high for someone who is ordering $27.99 is unfair. Also I asked for $27.99 piece, your system makes it $34.99 (different category) and then subtracts some bogus $7 google discount. These are not good ways to encourage me to feel confident about your pricing.

I thought the chocolate box would be bigger. Also the delivery was very stressful because it got there after 6 when it said from 9-6 on the email i got from you guys. I tried getting in touch with you because I was scared something had happened and no one answered the phone.
This is the worst business ever. I called for delivery for the next day at 12pm. Paid extra money for this service. Lets just say they didn't make it at all then finally the drunk driver (that's actually how he sounded) called my wife at approximately 4:30 and said I didn't think you would be in the area so I decided not to come... do you want me to bring the flowers tomorrow. What a joke wow says that? Oh ya, a drunk driver. Received a total refund. Please stay away from this fiasco. Last two comments... do your research before you order online and last but not least I do not want to even give this company a star it deserves notta.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
