I thought the chocolate box would be bigger. Also the delivery was very stressful because it got there after 6 when it said from 9-6 on the email i got from you guys. I tried getting in touch with you because I was scared something had happened and no one answered the phone.
This is the worst business ever. I called for delivery for the next day at 12pm. Paid extra money for this service. Lets just say they didn't make it at all then finally the drunk driver (that's actually how he sounded) called my wife at approximately 4:30 and said I didn't think you would be in the area so I decided not to come... do you want me to bring the flowers tomorrow. What a joke wow says that? Oh ya, a drunk driver. Received a total refund. Please stay away from this fiasco. Last two comments... do your research before you order online and last but not least I do not want to even give this company a star it deserves notta.

My Mother received the flowers but I wanted to include a picture that she sent me of what arrived compared to what was ordered. The arrangement we choose was picked because tulips were a main component of the Morning Glow Garden arrangement. The arrangement that she received was roses and other flowers, no tulips. Also, the baskets was a wicker weave basket off the shelf, nothing close a garden basket with handle as expected. I understand that local florists may not have the exact items to match the pictures from your site, but I think that for +$60 that was paid, I am not completely thrilled at what my Mother received given the reasoning we chose that particular arrangement.

Great customer service
Flowers delivered looked NOTHING like picture, save for the sunflower. Furthermore, I paid to upgrade to the "premium" bouquet, which this definitely wasn't. There was nothing added; nothing premium about this arrangement at all. Very disappointed. Will not use this service again.
The arrangement was late. I paid to expedite. That fee was said to be would have be returned. The bear didn't look like it did on the picture.

Flowers did not look anything like that described in the picture when the order first arrived. I received wilted flowers and half of the flowers that were supposed to be in the package weren't even included. This service is no where near as good as proflowers.com. You actually get from them what is pictured. Extremely disappointed with the service. Do not believe all the CBS, and other BS sponsorship.
The flowers were left on the front steps. We live in Southern Oregon, it was very cold outside. Probably not the best idea.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
