I love the same day delivery!
The arrangement didn't look like the picture.
They called me because the florist did not have the flowers. They said they would try to get as close as they could. She said that they would provide extra funds to make it better because it was not what I ordered. I didn't see that it was any better. Not as pretty as what I ordered.

The site is great. It's easy to find what you want, lots of options to choose from, and it's easy to order. However, this is the 2nd time I have tried to order same day flowers and the second time that the order was not delivered same day. You shouldn't offer the product the same if you can deliver on that promise. It was three hours from the time I ordered to the time I got a call saying that the florist couldn't deliver that day. Had the site just said same day wasn't available, I would have had time to use a different service to get the flowers there that day. When I was told they wouldn't be same day, I requested that they go out as early as possibly on Saturday, and I was assured that they would be delivered early in the day. When they still hadn't arrived at 2pm, I called and talked to someone to ask why. Apparently the flowers had been out on the delivery truck since 9:30 in the morning but had yet to be delivered. They finally showed up at 3:30pm.
The customer service I received was excellent, and the gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional and did what he could for me (he didn't however actually call me back as he had promised to do when the flowers were delivered).
Overall, I like what you offer, but I wouldn't be able to trust that if I tried to place an order again it would actually get delivered as promised, so I don't feel as though I can recommend the service to someone else.
The magazine subscription in fine print was sneaky of you. Not up to Hy-Vee standards of integrity, in my opinion. I better not get one email from them because of this order!
Flowers were pretty close to picture and looked very nice. The recipient was very happy with them. I had to contact customer service due to a mistake in my part and they were super nice and took care of my issue immediately. Will definitely use again.

It was kind of annoying that the automatically selected zip code couldn't be changed later. It filled in the wrong one, so i had to redo my whole order. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
