I a very short amount close to a 100 dollars and then to receive the flower bouquet I feel I got very ripped off. The deluxe bouquet looked like a very basic flower arrangement. I was not impressed and embarrassed in the least. When i pay over $70 for something especially flowers is expect the bouquet to look like a $70 bouquet and not a bouquet I could have paid 25-30 dollars for at wal-mart or local grocery store floral dept. and giving me only a 20% refund is a joke. I'm pretty much getting reimbursed for the taxes and part of the delivery fee.
Arrangement didn't compare to picture.
The teddy bear in the picture was much larger than what was delivered, otherwise very satisfied
