I didn't expect to be slammed with a15 "shipping and handling" charge after already paying extra for same day delivery, even though your opening page emphasizes same day delivery.
I don't like not being told shipping handling fee until the very end. Have not used your service before,I am hoping to be pleased with the product.
I purchased these for my Mum across the country & the arrangement she described to me is not what the picture I ordered looked like. She was pleased, but I specifically wanted what I picked. She also said the greens appeared plastic! We are from New England & I wanted her to have Christmas greens not plastic. I am hoping that she is wrong. ( she is 80)
Recipient loved the flowers. Said they are beautiful. Delivery was on time and I was pleased about that/
The only thing I did not like was the shipping and handling fees added at the end, this should be shown way before so there are no HIDEN fees.

I sent these flowers to my mother in Georgia, they arrived late. I paid an extra 4.99 to get the flowers delivered before 12 pm and they arrived between 1 & 2 pm. I didn't want my mom to have to wait all day for this delivery.

The ordering experience and delivery were great. One of the deliver persons for one of the two orders I placed contacted me and was very courteous and professional. The issue I have is that the flowers I ordered and the ones that were delivered looked NOTHING alike. That is a HUGE issue when sending flowers. I was very disappointed. I chose the specific arrangements for their colors and blooms with a certain effect and message in mind, that wasn't achieved with the flowers that were delivered.
Don't know anyone else in Malaysia who would send flowers to someone in the US. But if I come across one that does, I'll recommend you guys...!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
