All's well that ends well, but there was a glitch in the original delivery date that was not caught until I learned the flowers had not been delivered and called fromyouflowers.com to find out what happened. The representative with whom I spoke was courteous and helpful, upgraded the bouquet I ordered and gave me a $20 gift certificate towards my next purchase, which was nice. But I do think fromyouflowers should have a way to catch delivery problems before the customer finds out the flowers weren't delivered. There should be some audit in place as part of the overall program to catch when an order hasn't been fulfilled. Again, the upgrade and gift certificate was a nice compensation and I do appreciate that, and will likely use the service again--but please be able to catch unfulfilled deliveries on your own without having to wait for a customer to catch it and call it in. Thanks!
The site was great and they promised that-day service, which is why I went with them. However, they called me to say they would not be able to keep that promise and would have to deliver the next day. They upgraded the package I bought, but I was disappointed because the entire purpose of choosing this company was their website promise to deliver on the same day.
Info for the saved recipient info did not populate the field in my account. Otherwise, great! My mother was thrilled with the arrangement!

I had these delivered to my sister after rehab from knee-replacement surgery. She was very pleased which makes me very pleased. Delivered the same day I ordered them. She sent a photo of them and they are beautiful...thanx!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
