Easy to shop and like the ease of use
I requested my order to be delievered on Tuesday. No flowers were delievered and no call was received. I contacted the company on Wednesday and the flowers were delievered late Wednesday afternoon. Luckily, this was not for a funeral or anniversary. The occasion would have been entirely missed. The actual product was unattractive. The product was supposed to resemble a Christmas Tree but my recepient thanked me for the "ball." She thought it represented an ornament due to the bush-like appearance. Overall, very unsatified with my experience. The price was competitive but the product and delivery were sub-par. I will not order from this company again.
The delivery was on time and arrangement is very nice however no roses were added to the bouquet, so I am a bit disappointed. I ordered the The Full of Cheer Bouquet, which clearly states roses, carnations and Chysanthemums.
I contacted them after receiving pic of arrangement from niece. Cheaper in appearance and lacked the class of one pictured. I was given a certificate for money off next order. If I am not pleased with my first order, WHY would I use your site a second time?

I hope the flowers are as pretty in person as they look on the website! UPDATE: I Received the flowers and am very disappointed. They were not shipped in wet floral foam or anything else to keep the ends of the stems from drying out. Many blooms were droopy and never fully recovered although I followed the care instructions exactly. The tips on almost all the white buds were brown also. The whole bouquet looked shabby and "on its way out" the first day it arrived. Not fit for my Christmas table. Terrible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
