Flower arrangement was NOT that which was ordered. The florist they chose clearly was not up to standard. The arrangement was a complete disgrace and very disappointing and embarrassing having sent it to a friend.
I contacted Fromyouflowers, who in the end, agreed with me that the arrangement was poor and so refunded me fully.
I am satisfied with fromyouflowers for their final outcome.

They promptly responded and said they would quickly resolve the situation at no extra charge. A replacement order was placed and received very promptly. It turned out well and I am quite satisfied. I would definitely recommend this website for purchases and their Customer Service is excellent.

The flowers my mother received were really nice. But I was contacted by customer service that no florist was available for a same day delivery. I paid the extra money for same day delivery, which was refunded, Customer Service was really good. But if a service is not available it should not be provided on the web site, you should know before you pay if something is not available. All in all, it turned out to be a really great experience for my mother who just loved the flowers. Only issue I really had was with the web page.
I sent three identical flower arrangements to my children and they were so happy and excited. This was for a Christmas happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
