I am anxious to see what the flowers look like. I have ordered with online florist before and was not too impressed...I ordered these on Sunday thinking they would be delivered same day only to have them call and say there were no florist open on Sunday...I asked to cancel but the lady talked me into to keeping them and that they would upgrade the arrangement...I said only if they can be delivered early AM and she said no problem...My mom did not receive her flowers until 4:30.

I understood that the flowers do not always look exactly like the pictures...that being said, the arrangment that I ordered was very different then the picture. It did not have the same flowers, and what flowers were in it were a little on the skimpy side. A little disappointed but lesson learned.
Wish there was a special box to check for delivery to a hospital...
I had ordered a Christmas tree made from flowers and greens with small ball ornaments. What was received was some flowers with the ball ornaments - did NOT come shaped or looking like a Christmas tree. That was the whole purpose of my order - to make sure she had a Christmas Tree!

My brother was absolutely thrilled with the "White Christmas" centerpiece he received. Thank you so much for helping me bring a bit of home to him for Christmas.
Extra shipping cost was made to guarantee recipient would receive delivery before 10:30am. The delivery was made AFTER 10:30am. Other than the delivery being one hour late, everything else was fine.
The ordering was great, it took longer to select the flowers than it did to order. Thank you
