I sent the flowers to my niece for her Birthday and she was very pleased with the look and freshness of the flowers which were delivered in a timely manner. Happy with the free shipping. Also website was easy to navigate through.

Ordering was easy, but the delivery was not a positive experience. The order (flowers) were left outside of the home, with no notice to my family member who was to receive them. She found them by accident, at the side of the house. Luckily they weren't frozen or ruined? Or stolen. I'm not happy with the service.
I signed up for your emails which is fine and then I ordered flowers for my parents in Florida. It wasn't until after that I made my purchase that I received a notification that I received a 10 credit towards my first purchase, which had already transpired. The $10 credit was nice but useless
