Awful! Purchase premium arrangement. Florist was only paid for the middle arrangement. So I only recieved The middle arrangement. Does not look anything like the picture. Do not use this site it is a rip off. Have used other online flower shops with great results. Only tried this site because of discount given through my work. Will be going back to the other site.
Product wasn't even in the shape of a Christmas tree as shown in the picture and I had even ordered the deluxe product. I was very disappointed with it as this was a housewarming/ Christmas gift.
Prices should be lower & noon delivery should mean noon delivery. I paid extra for noon delivery and my order was delivered closer to 2pm.
Product was received on time and all there.

The flowers were for a wake. I asked that they be delivered on Sunday 12/21 as the service was on Monday 12/22. When I arrived at the funeral home the flowers were not there. Being an immediate family member I knew that we had asked for donations in lieu of flowers. Therefore there were not many floral arrangements or I may not have known they had not arrived. It was very distressing that I had to deal with this at a time when I should have been mourning my brother's passing.
The recipients were very happy with their flower/plant arrangements making their holiday a memorable occasion.
Delays in delivery took up to 2 days behind delivery date. These delays were due to the inefficiency of the florist, who reported untruths about their attempts in delivery. I will not use again.
The arrangement I paid for was to include rose's, and there were none! They used carnations instead which was the least expensive price, I paid the middle and the photo shown included roses. This is why I paid the extra.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
