The only thing I didn't understand was why I had to pay 3 delivery fees when all orders were delivered to the same place at the same time.
Order left outside in the bushes, no card left to alert the reciever so flower arrangement ended up outside overnight luckily noone took it...

I specifically ordered a Christmas greenery arrangement but received a call indicating that a poinsettia would be sent instead since the original arrangement I ordered was no longer available. I was unhappy that a substitution was made but frankly it was too late to order from another vendor.
Would have liked to be able to modify options more easily, like changing size or adding balloons, chocolates, of attempting to find cheaper options on this website.
The quality of flowers did not meet my expectations when the arrangement arrived to my recipient. It wasn't terrible, but certainly not worth the amount I paid.
When my first pick of order was not available I was directed to choices which were available - that was excellent! Another site I had tried first just kept giving me a message 'oops not available' and this was repeated time and time again with each order I tried which wasted my time and was very frustrating. I sent these flowers to my goddaughter and she said they were beautiful and smelt gorgeous - I will definitely be using your service again. Thank you.

The only reason I checked 1 star on delivery time is that there was no confirmation that the before 12PM was met although it was an extra cost. Other than that my first experience with fromyouflowers was fine and I will definitely shop with them again.

I made a mistake when I booked and left my name as the recipient so I called in the morning on the delivery day to have it changed and the customer service rep was great she called the florist and I was told it was all fixed. When it was delivered they tried delivering it to my name and no one there knows me so they sent it away. Luckily my wife saw them leaving the building and ran out and asked who they were for so she did get it. I also paid for expedited before noon delivery because my wife's schedule varies and most days she is done by 2pm. The delivery arrived close to 3:30 pm so very lucky my wife was still there.
I learned from your confirmation email that the flowers I ordered apparently arrived at the hospital in time, but my dad never received them until today, 2 days afterward. I have just seen a picture of them, and they are lovely. I guess the problem was from within the hospital, since he was in ICU temporarily. I paid for early shipping, but I guess that was my error! Certainly not your problem.

My mother is deaf. Although she has a telephone, it would do no good to provide that number to you, so requiring a phone number isn't practical in this situation.
Everything was great except I wanted to change the delivery date from today and it wouldn't let me without having to start all over. :(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
