The web site was very slow to load and I did not find a lot of options for a Christmas center piece in my price range. I have not had a chance to speak with the people that the flowers were sent to to find out if the flowers were fresh or broken or wilting or anything so I can not say I would order from them again until I know the condition of what I sent and was the size or amount of flowers worth what I paid

I love the fact that the order reached my fiancé in less than 4 hours! If really got me out of a jam. I was not sure what was included in the deluxe, though, when I ordered it. Maybe I missed the spot where it gives those details, but perhaps that could be added to the website page before an order is confirmed if it's not already. Thanks!
The order I placed was based on the picture of the arrangement that I liked the best. The picture had lily's which is what I wanted and the centerpiece came with roses. It's still a beautiful arrangement but I really wanted the lily's.

Everytime that i have ordered flowers they are on time an they let you know that it was delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
