Was not satisfied with the arrangements of the flowers and also it was one stem of each flower,don't think a anniversary feeling came from it.the quality was however fresh and good. Overall think I would feel better in myself if I had gone with an already existing arrangement rather than the best value option.

The order was confirmed as delivered, when in fact it had not been. Only after calling customer service were the flowers delivered the following day, late and with no confirmation of delivery. Not a very good experience to say the least.

FOLLOW UP ON PRODUCT, I PAID FOR THE MID LEVEL UPGRADE AND CLEARLY GOT SOMETHING THAT LOOKED MORE LIKE THE MOST BASIC ITEM YOU OFFER. ITEM WAS ONLY VIEWABLE FROM DIRECTLY FACE ON FROM THE SIDES IT LOOKED DICEY AND FROM THE BACK IT REMINDED ME OF A HOLLYWOOD BACK LOT BUILDING FACADE... I EXPECTED MORE FOR MY $78 IN COSTS, BUT THEN THE PROVIDING FLORIST MAY HAVE JUST PROVIDED THE MINIMUM TO MEET THE ORDER. FRANKLY I COULD HAVE DONE MUCH BETTER (3-5X BETTER) AT THE GROCERY STORE FLOWER SECTION AND YOU COULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE CENTER OF THE KITCHEN ISLAND AND YOU COULD HAVE ENJOYED IT FROM ALL ANGLES. PROBABLY WILL NOT TRUST THE FLORIST TO HAVE THE HONOR TO DO THE RIGHT THING NEXT TIME.
