Did not meet next day delivery if order in by 3pm. Was told arrangement was pretty but sone of the flowers tip looked luke they had been frozen looked dead.

I paid for the delivery to be expedite before 12:00, no it wasn't. It got there as he walk out work and that is like 2:30. I say I would order again but I would like to see it better delivery...

I know it's not your company's fault, but my florist's choice arrangement was was a little disappointing. The roses were old and dark. I probably wouldn't order that particular arrangement choice again. The other order was gorgeous.
