Very quick and easy
I am very disappointed and upset with my experience with fromyouflowers. My order was not delivered on the day I had selected. I was not notified by fromyouflowers that there was any issue with the delivery, even though I gave my phone number for fromyouflowers to contact me if there was an issue with delivery. I found out the order was not delivered from the recipient. Once received, I asked the recipient how she liked the Holiday Flower Present Bouquet and she informed me that the bouquet was in a vase. I had her send me a picture of the bouquet she received and I was shocked to find it was NOT the item I had ordered and paid for. I am so upset with this! I specifically chose fromyouflowers over other flower delivery companies because I wanted the Holiday Flower Present arrangement. I feel taken advantage of and cheated by this company. I should be refunded for the item seeing as it was not what I paid for. I do not know why a different arrangement was sent instead of the one I selected and paid for or why I was not notified that the item I chose was not available. If I had known this information I would have cancelled my order. I am also quite angry that the day after I placed and paid for my order I began to receive emails stating that shipping was free. It was so annoying to receive multiple free shipping advertisements after I paid $15 in shipping fees and my order wasn't even delivered on the selected date. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone about this terrible experience. I hope that you do not take advantage of other customers the way you have taken advantage of my patronage.

After speaking with the recipient of my order, she confirmed that the floral arrangement did not arrive in a ceramic container as described online. It was in basket. I am disappointed with that.

The arrangement delivered was carnations instead of the roses ordered. I notified customer service and they sent the ordered rose arrangement. I would certainly recommend them as they immediately fixed the problem with no additional charge. I will use fromyouflowers.com for my future flower needs.

The processing and handling fee was hidden until the end which was unexpected. The product was much smaller than what I order and when I called and complained they sent out another "larger" product to replace what they had sent out which was no larger than the first product. Both times I was extremely dissatisfied with the product as neither looked anything like what I order and were substantially smaller.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
