I like the ease of the online service and delivery was fast BUT what I don't expect is the florist to send flowers that are clearly many days old and only have a few days of life left in them. Roses should be close up not 60% in bloom when they arrive to my girlfriend. That's jus bad business. I paid a good amount for the flowers and when I saw what was sent I would have had better luck buying them from Safeway and delivering them myself. The site is good, florist sucks.
Everything went well. So far,I just hope delivery goes well also. Delivery made it but 20mins before dead line. I was a little nervous.
Substitutions were made due to local florist availability, but end product was beautiful.
