I sent the Christmas tree flowers to a friend in Az. I saw a picture of the flowers. They were very lacking from the picture on the sight. You had offered three options to buy. I picked the middle option. My order was 69.00. I was overcharged by 60.00 You should

Have known Bates for years, love the site,makes it so easy to order flowers for my Momi had two orders one was flowers and one was a gift of sorts. The problems was you didn't deliv them together. Flowers came one day the next day the gift came?. Not exactly what I wanted.

Two orders for two different addresses in two different states ordered for deliver on the 22nd Dec (Monday) before Christmas. Neither order was delivered. I was charged for both immediately. Two separate orders in two different states BOTH not delivered? I couldn't make other arrangements because fromyouflowers didn't tell me my orders didn't deliver. I found out when I called both intended recipients on Christmas day.
After several emails back and forth with no explanation, finally got a message from them on the 27th that the orders didn't deliver, and they would deliver the Christmas themed arrangements on the 27th with an apology and I would get a $10 gift certificate. Christmas themed flowers delivered two days after Christmas and a $10 gift certificate for a website that offers an ongoing discount of 20% on there website banner on the front page? Generous. I explained that having two orders undelivered is unacceptable. I'm now getting a full refund for both and they said they would send a "complimentary bouquet" to both intended recipients. Who knows if those will arrive or what they will look like (carnations, anyone?)- I won't count on it and will make other plans.
Please avoid.
UPDATE- found out from the recipients that the replacement "complimentary bouquet" was indeed carnations mixed with green filler...

Well...after seeing pics of one of the arrangements I sent, I am NOT as pleased as before! It looked NOTHING AT ALL Like the pic! THAT is why I picked it! BECAUSE Of how it looked! WOW! NOT even close! I know it said that "Regular" would be slightly smaller with a couple less flowers, but it DID NOT say it wouldn't even be close to the same thing! NOT COOL! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AT ALL! Still waiting for pics of the others!
