I spoke with your customer service rep when I had an issue concerning the delivery area of one of the arrangements I ordered (I ordered 3 at the same time). I figured out that the original zip code was off by one digit so I really solved my own problem. But the rep told me that with the accurate zip code there WAS A FLORIST in that area that would deliver on Christmas Eve to one of my relatives.
Then I got a call later that night from you. I was told then that there WAS NOT a florist that would be open to get the arrangement to the relative from another zip code (one of the other arrangements that I ordered), and that this arrangement would have to be delivered on 12/26, the day after Christmas. I was however pleased that I was offered a 10% discount on that arrangement, that the arrangement would be up graded (however I have no idea if this was really done by you), and that they would call my relative and apologize for the delay in the delivery (I do not also if this was done by you). So I was appreciative of the accomidations of Fromyouflowers.com for the delay and felt that this was fair for the delay in the delivery...something I do not think I would have recieved from another vendor. I thank you for this!
I had ordered flowers from here before with no problem. This time they were not delivered on time. Maybe because of the holiday and my parents live in the country. Anyway I was contacted by the company and I was able to express my dissatisfaction. They did offer a free upgrade and an apology. My mom did get her flowers with the new delivery date as promised and she loves them! I will still continue to use this company in the future as I'm sure this was only a 1 time mishap.
Quick and easy, although the day after I put in my order I received an email offer (from you) to send flowers eliminating the $14.99 fee, I find this rather upsetting and next year will wait till the last minute to see if this offer is available again.

I am on a budget for sending flowers and the pictures do not show the lower cost flowers.
It was nice they called when my mom did not answer door right away. She is elderly and did not hear doorbell. When I called her she went to door to get flowers. She said they were beautiful. Thank you

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
