Everything was mostly good.
I didn't like having to put credit card info in prior to knowing the shipping charge. I looked around your site and even tried to call but was on hold too long. I almost went to another site due to this alone.
The flowers were not delivered until almost 8pm, which is much later than promised. Also, I called customer service and never got an answer, I also emailed customer service and the site said I would get a response in 1 hour... still waiting on that. Nice product, extremely poor customer service. Except the lady from the local flower shop that called because you didn't provide them with a full delivery address.
What was delivered wasn't exactly what was in the picture, but the intended recipient was delighted none the less!

This is my first time shopping with From You Flowers. I compared several florists, but From You Flowers had the best selection, same day delivery and a reasonable price.
After the above impression:
A few hours after I had ordered the flowers, I received a call from Customer Service to say that my flowers would not be able to be delivered next day. The CS agent who called was very polite and apologetic and offered compensation in the form of a discount and an upgrade. I know that the holidays are very busy, and although I wanted the flowers to be delivered to her Senior-Assisted Living facility before she left to stay with family for the holidays, your CS agent was so kind and assured me the flowers would be delivered first thing the next day. They were not. After trying to track my order on your website, I finally had to send another email to receive status on my order. Eventually I received a confirmation that they were delivered the evening of the 24th not in the morning. I was very disappointed. To sum it up, I probably will order again from From You Flowers, but probably not until they tune up their web-site. When I think of all the extra time it took for me to send inquiries and for them to answer me back when it would have been more timely and cost-efficient to be able to access their site, I wonder how they are going to grow their business.

Yes, it was very easy to order online.
At the end of ordering they wanted me to fill out a questionnaire about my experience. Everything was great! But, at the end of filling out the questionnaire, it said I earned some bonuses! The word bonus to me means a surprise gift. So, it said I earned some choices of magazines that I had earned. Well that was great! I started filling out information for the magazines, thinking that I was going to get a years subscription for them free! Later on that day I got an email saying they were processing my order for magazines and that I was going to get billed 177.00! No way. So I had to go back and cancel everything! What a pain in my neck! Not very happy with that!
While the shopping experience was good and the price fair, I was unimpressed with the flower arrangement that was delivered. The flowers themselves were very nice, but the design I chose was a specific, round bouquet shape and the flowers delivered were just a regular bouquet with no style at all.
It was a bit of a let down, as the shape chosen had significance to the recipient.
All in all, I think I will shop elsewhere, as it seems there is no design integrity between the service and the provider.
The local florist was unable to deliver the flowers on the same day and delivered them the following day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
