I ordered something with same day delivery, and it was not delivered until the following morning. Therefore I paid for a premium service that I did not receive. (This was 2 days ago, before a holiday, so this is the first opportunity I had to report it).

Given that delivery of flowers is a time-sensitive service with a perishable product, I think you should provide tracking of the delivery, much like FedEx or UPS does for packages. I understand the logistics of this are complicated, however it would give you a true differentiating factor over others.

I ordered purple roses and I was surprised to see that one was completely dead when It got here. They should have been able to see that I noticed it immediately. I don't think that was good business. Roses are expensive and if I pay full price I expect good quality.

I order the arrangement of snack foods and candy for my chiropractor office for Christmas. It was a little pricey, but I guess I should expect that. I wrote on the order to deliver between 3 and 6 pm, as that is their hours. They called to say they couldn't after 230. I told them to drop it at the business next door. The deliverer was still knocking on the chiropractor door when their staff arrived. But it got there and I'm happy.
