The flower arrangement arrived on Tuesday 12/23 and I requested a delivery of 12/24. While the arrangement was nice the by Christmas Eve, the rose petals were falling off.
I was very disappointed my friend didn't receive her flowers until the next day advertise price was 29.00 by the time I checked out the flowers were 49.99

Got a little worried because Web page said deliveries stop at 5 and flowers were not delivered yet. Customer service assured me they would be and 5 minutes after getting off the phone the flowers where delivered.
So far it is great!

I really wanted same day delivery and i had to call again and again because it didnt reach on time. The flowers are nothing like it looked in the picture on website and the large teddy bear that i ordered in the size of my palm. Disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
