It was the best value site (and I looked at a lot of them).
The flower arrangement arrived on Tuesday 12/23 and I requested a delivery of 12/24. While the arrangement was nice the by Christmas Eve, the rose petals were falling off.
I was very disappointed my friend didn't receive her flowers until the next day advertise price was 29.00 by the time I checked out the flowers were 49.99
I'll reserve judgement until I see the actual flower arrangement

Got a little worried because Web page said deliveries stop at 5 and flowers were not delivered yet. Customer service assured me they would be and 5 minutes after getting off the phone the flowers where delivered.
So far it is great!
Very disappointed in the substitute order that was sent. Wanted something that was brighter. Could of added some white or yellow flowers.

I can only rely on your email that the delivery was made. Since the reason for this purchase was due to the passing of an individual, I may not ever know the condition the flowers were in. I am hopeful your reputation is as I've read. Your website and ordering procedure was very easy to navigate.
I really wanted same day delivery and i had to call again and again because it didnt reach on time. The flowers are nothing like it looked in the picture on website and the large teddy bear that i ordered in the size of my palm. Disappointed.
