Cost was less than other flower shops - just would have liked to see the entire cost of my order earlier in the check out process...and delivered on the day I requested. If unable to process my order on the day I asked then I should have received notification. I had to call to find out why my order wasn't delivered on time.
The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and fresh. I was very pleased as were the recipients.
The product was guaranteed same day delivery before noon not only did it not arrive before noon it was the next day it arrived lots of excuses no satisfaction

This was my first time ordering flowers from this site. I read the reviews and thought it was a good company to try. I ordered flowers and a birthday balloon to be delivered to my daughters place of employment. This was the first time since she was born that we would not be together to celebrate her special day. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered on her birthday but a day later. Very disappointing and sad for all of us. she took it well but i was looking to surprise her and when i didn't hear from her about them i had to ask her if she received anything special at work and the answer was no. I contacted customer service and since it was after hours for the florist they were going to investigate what happened.

I ordered these flowers as a gift for family. When I saw them today I was disappointed. This was not the item I ordered and was far inferior to the item that I ordered and was pictured. These did not look like they cost fifty dollars. The flowers were skimpy and it was not it the vase pictured. I can understand that they may have run out of vases, but since it was different they could have made the flowers nicer to compensate and I may have been happy. Also, I was charged $14.99 for shipping, and since I was in a hurry to order that morning I had not checked my email. Later that day, I checked and had an email stating that you were offering free shipping for that day. Why was I charged for shipping?

Arrangement arrived a day later than scheduled and not even a call or email regarding delay. Contacted customer service through email after hours, got response but no follow up. Finally got the arrangement just in time for the holiday party at the in-law, arrangement looks a bit off from the item online.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
