I ordered these flowers as a gift for family. When I saw them today I was disappointed. This was not the item I ordered and was far inferior to the item that I ordered and was pictured. These did not look like they cost fifty dollars. The flowers were skimpy and it was not it the vase pictured. I can understand that they may have run out of vases, but since it was different they could have made the flowers nicer to compensate and I may have been happy. Also, I was charged $14.99 for shipping, and since I was in a hurry to order that morning I had not checked my email. Later that day, I checked and had an email stating that you were offering free shipping for that day. Why was I charged for shipping?
Beautiful arrangements to choose from! Purchase was for my Mother and for my Aunt...They were both extremely satisfied...making it an overall great buying experience for me at Christmas!
Arrangement arrived a day later than scheduled and not even a call or email regarding delay. Contacted customer service through email after hours, got response but no follow up. Finally got the arrangement just in time for the holiday party at the in-law, arrangement looks a bit off from the item online.
3 days LATE! My message in my card was worn out your couldn't even read it flowers were already dying since was in and out of truck for 2 days and u was told I was getting an upgrade for my delivery delay yeah right was not anything close to an upgrade I'm scared to see what I ordered if that was considered an upgraded VERY BAD SERVICE WILL NOT ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
I got to see the flowers in person today. I was disappointed for the price I paid. I really expected it to be fancier, or fuller than it was. Plain glass vase and a handful of flowers. Sad!
There were no complications with the shipping. There was a huge variety of choices for different aged people. And going through Ebates makes the choice of this site that much better..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
