Very similar to other flower online stores. What stands out and I appreciate the most is I can use my amazon account to pay.
Easy and straightforward delivery. The recipients were very please with their gift. The only issue to bear in mind is that the arrangements in the pictures are the "deluxe" arrangements, not the "regular" ones. However, the "regular" prices are shown with the pictures. It's kind of a switcheroo.
The shipping cost was a bit outrageous, but thankfully the actual flowers were a decent price. Great delivery on short notice. Thank you!
I was terribly disappointed. What you brought my Mother looked nothing like what I had ordered. The Table arrangement I ordered was solid red and had no greenery. What you brought was red and a lot of white flowers I did not like. Daisy's? Next time I will stick with Proflowers as they have never disappointed me.

It was easy. One thing would be to show the delivery prices before getting to the last screen so you don't have to start over and go back (which I did a few times).
Received a picture and a thank you from the flower recipient. I was impressed with the same day delivery, but shocked of the picture I received! It looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered! There were hardly any flowers, they didn't even look like roses (pretty sure there were none in there- but from te picture I ordered from it did along with Christmas bulbs). I would not recommend these products to anyone based off what was received- which is a shame because it was so easy and delivery was great. I felt just bummed the actual product was not anything like the picture ordered.

It's easy and customer service is nice. Two of the arrangements were beautiful. I was disappointed in last one bc it didn't have lilies and that's the reason I ordered it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
