When it came to order the flower it took me several times to get the spelling right,and each time I tried to correct something it reverted back to the beginning,.So,as far as it goes I wasn't sure i getting a flower for my husband for Christmas eve or not, but low and behold it came. For the price i paid i would have felt bad reciving the small one. If you know what i mean.

I had ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered for a 40th Wedding Anniversary. I received a call from a local store that the order was directed to. They said the recipient "was not home, they took the flowers back to the shop and we could pick them up at our convienence." Needless to say, I was not happy. I had paid to have flowers delivered. I contacted fromyouflowers.com and spoke with a customer service rep named Doug. He was phenomenal! Extremely courteous and took care of the issue promptly. This is what customer care is about! For that reason, I will use Fromyouflowers.com again.
I sent the flowers to my parents and did not see them so I can't actually give my review. They said they were pretty and they arrived the day they were supposed to.

I wish I knew about the $14.99 shipping/handling cost before the end of the order. But the basket arrangement was beautiful and the card was large enough to be viewed at the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
