So far I really don't know. Until the flowers arrive. The flowers arrived on time. My mother was very happy.
What a horrible company! I wanted to get my mom flowers the year anniversary of my Granddad's passing so I went on two days before, picked out the arrangement, and they guaranteed deliver between 8 and 6 on the requested day. I get a call at 4pm on the day they are supposed to be delivered telling me they couldn't make the delivery, but offering to write an apology note and deliver the next day. Sorry, doesn't work that way! Now I am going to have to leave work early and do it myself.
I was very frustrated that the flowers I ordered were substituted for a completely different arrangement, based on what local florists have available. It would be nice to know what's available before placing the order, and have the opportunity to cancel it instead of having a replacement sent sight unseen. It's also frustrating that the picture and price that are shown do not match. If the price is based on a smaller arrangement, that is what should be pictured.
I didn't get to see the flowers as they were for a funeral in another state and I could not attend but I was told they were lovely

When I ordered a bouquet of just sunflowers that's really what I wanted, but it arrived with roses in it as well. I was hoping for just sunflowers.

The delivery and follow up were very satisfying. The flowers delivered exceeded expectations for quality and fragrance. All this and I had purchased the flowers for next day delivery when most other companies, including the largest and best known companies, could not schedule the delivery for next day. Combine the product and service quality with the ability to accommodate quick turnaround needs... and you have my new first stop for flower shopping.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
